Skcript processes its payroll using Razorpay Payroll. The software allows us to schedule payroll to be sent out on-time, and also to help you get payslip automatically.
Payment Schedule
Every month, payroll is scheduled to run on the 1st. If that fails due to bank server reasons (which happens quite often), the system will retry every two hours.
Accessing payroll info
For people who have been with Skcript before April 2023, you already have access to Razorpay Payroll. If you are new, you would have received an invite from Razorpay Payroll as a part of your onboarding process at Skcript.

Banking partner
Skcript does its banking with HDFC Bank, RK Salai.
Processing refunds
You can request a reimbursement via Razorpay Payroll via Whatsapp (which is the easiest way). We would need the actual bill to approve the reimbursement request.
The reimbursements are processes along with your payroll every month. For example, if you request a reimbursement on the 10th of April, the reimbursement will be processes on the 1st of May.
Advance salary
You can request an advance salary or a loan via your Razorpay Payroll account. Make sure to enter the right amount of payback (if any) you will like to do for the advance salary or get it deducted from the next salary cycle.
Advance salaries require valid reasons for approval. And requesting an advance salary later than the 25th of a month will be processed in the next cycle only. If you are urgently in need of cash, please write to karthik@skcript.com to create an exception.
Loans
Skcript offers a 0% interest loan for most cases, and the approval of loans are at the discretion of Skcript. You can apply for a loan at the Razorpay Payroll portal. Once (and if) approved, your loan amount will be processed within a few days.
